When does Warren Resources issue royalty checks?
Checks are mailed near the last business day of each month. Due to potential postal delays (holidays/weather) a revenue check may take longer than usual to arrive.

What should I do if I don’t receive my check?
Your account must accumulate a minimum balance of $100.00 in order for a check to be issued unless otherwise designated.

What if my check is lost, stolen, or stale dated (over 180 days old)?
You will need to contact the Owner Relations Department. We require a written request, signed by you, to stop payment on a check. When we receive your written request, we will research the check and take the appropriate action. If it is voided and the funds are to be reissued to you, which will occur at the time your next revenue check is scheduled to be sent, along with any current amounts due. Checks that are 180 days or older will not be honored by our bank.

Why does the amount of my royalty payment vary from month to month?
Several factors contribute to differences in the amount of your monthly checks. Changing market conditions cause the price of oil and gas to fluctuate, well production varies each month, and certain costs paid monthly, including those for handling, treating and transporting oil and gas, can fluctuate.

When will I get my 1099?
1099 Forms are required by law to be mailed out by January 31st. If you have not received your Form 1099 within two weeks after that date, you may contact Owner Relations to receive a duplicate.
